ITINERARY
Friday Afternoon
2.30PM Depart Rugby Club on Luxury Coaches. The Idea is to have one full size coach per age group. Departure Times can be flexible to accommodate schools.
7pm ArriveTorbay, Devon.
8pm Tour Dinner
B&B Accommodation in one of Five Hotels in Paignton for 2 nights.
Saturday
8am Full English Breakfast
9.am Depart for Salcombe RFC. Or:
9.30am Depart for Totnes RFC.
Lunch hosted by both Clubs respectively
2.30pm Salcombe First XV match. All arrive in Salcombe
4.30pm Beach BBQ on North Sands, Salcombe
Evening at leisure in Salcombe.
Coaches for hotels in Paignton will depart 8pm, 9pm, 10pm and 11.30pm. Taxis will be made available for anyone leaving later!
Sunday
9am Huge English Breakfast
10.15am Walk to Paignton RFC for 11am Kick Off
Lunch will be provided
2.30pm Senior XV match or families can walk to the Paignton seafront, which is 50 metres from the Club.
4.30pm Coaches depart Paignton.
8.30pm Estimated arrival time back in London area
Cost
£100 per child; £125 per adult
Based on:
Two nights Accommodation in either the Bonair, Park or Queens Hotels. Bed & Breakfast basis.
Coach Transport throughout (no discount for those taking cars)
Tour Dinner Friday evening (excluding drinks)
There are no further discounts for families in the cheaper hotels.
Accommodation Upgrade to Palace Hotel for £15 per child / £30 per adult
Accommodation Upgrade to Redcliffe Hotel for £30 per child/ £60 per adult
NB This cost assumes 50 in all travelling per age group and the cost for hiring the coaches on a per capita basis will rise if age group numbers fall short.
