RUGBY TOUR TO NORMANDY

Dates: Friday to Monday
Destination: Caen, Normandy, France
Rugby: Matches on Saturday and Sunday afternoon

Caen is a world famous city and capital of Basse-Normandie. Home to the famous French cider and calvados!

The City of William the Conqueror, Caen and its region is home to many Norman treasures, not least the famous abbeys and the Bayeux Tapestry.

Nearby are the famous beaches where the Allies landed in 1944 to reconquer Europe from Nazi Germany. Caen itself was the scene of a mighty battle and was heavily damaged. It nevertheless remains a beautiful city
