WEEKEND RUGBY TOUR TO PARIS

There is a swimming pool and fitness centre. This hotel is on the metro with easy access to the centre of Paris.
Itinerary
Friday
Late Afternoon: Leave rugby club on luxury coach
(which will take you everywhere on tour). Or catch the Eurostar to Paris 17.30 from St Pancras.
Evening: Arrive Paris, and check into hotel. Eurostar arrives Gare du Nord 20.50. Train takes 2hrs, 20 minutes. (French time +1 hour)
Saturday
Morning: Relax! Tour around Paris late morning visit to Stade de France
Afternoon: Match v Local Rugby Club
Late Afternoon: Hospitality at the club house with the teams.
Evening: Tour around, and night out in Paris!
Sunday
Morning / Lunch: EuroDisney. Travel there on RER
Afternoon: Return to Paris
Early Evening: Return to England, either by coach / ferry or by EuroStar, which departs 17.13; arrives St Pancras 18.34
Accommodation: Two Star Ibis Hotel, Porte de Clichy. 2 nights booked.
Other Activities: Shopping, excellent restaurants and bars, sightseeing, everything that Paris has to offer!
Cost: £195 per person (player, coach or parent) based on 35 - 40 touring

Mandatory insurance
Paperwork for approval to tour from county, and the RFU. (although this does not automatically guarantee approval)

- Coach transport all the way. Based on numbers this will cost an extra £35-75 per person
- Eurostar; Cheapest rates from £55 pp but actual price depends upon availability.
Tour Dinner (Sat) can be provided extra at £20 pp. It does not include any other meals, except breakfast and meals provided to players by local clubs
