RUGBY TOUR to the CHANNEL ISLANDS, 2009-2010
DATES: Long weekend Friday - Monday.
FLIGHTS: FlyBe from London Gatwick to Jersey; flights take one hour, four daily.
ACCOMODATION: Hotels Marina, Rex and Carlton (or similar) all in St Hellier. Two are on the seafront.
RUGBY: Matches against Jersey RFC, a Jersey school, and any other visiting British or French clubs on Saturday.
A one day boat trip to Guernsey will be booked for Sunday, to play Guernsey RFC, with time to look around this very attractive island.
OTHER ACTIVITIES: Golf, zoo, beach, good restaurants, do your own thing on Jersey.
TOUR DINNER: Sunday evening.
MONDAY: Golf or visit to the famous Jersey zoo, followed by BBQ at Les Mielles, and laser shooting, segway and mini golf.
