SOUTH AFRICA & MOZAMBIQUE: BUSH AND ISLAND ADVERNTURE

Day 1 2 3
You will be met by our representative at Johannesburg International who will assist you with the formalities and make sure that you get all of your vouchers for onward travel. Later on you catch your domestic flight to Hoedspruit in the game rich eastern part of South Africa. Here you will be met by a representative from Garonga Safari Camp who will transfer you to Garonga.

Garonga Safari amp is an exclusive 14 bed cmp in the greater Makalali Conservancy situated west of the Kruger National Park. This unassuming sanctuary promises a more intimate wildlife encounter in an unhurried environment - somewhere where you can unwind, sleep deeply and be yourself. Garonga must be one of the finest wedding venues and honeymoon destinations in South Africa. The Big Five are all there.

The Tented Rooms are situated on a dry riverbed - each with a wooden deck that commands spectacular views. The rooms are spacious, with large, draped beds. In addition to the indoor shower, there is an outdoor shower that flows outwards from the luxury of the room, providing a continuous link to nature.

Garonga's holistic philosophy is to offer a safari for the soul, an unhurried and intimate wildlife encounter - a time to reflect and find inspiration in nature. You can either try your hand at every activity they have on offer, or you can do simply nothing at all - lazing in the hammock with a good book while watching the grazing impala.

Activities include game drives, walks, sleep-outs, outdoor bush-baths and aromatherapy and reflexology sessions. Guests to indulge in activities that will allow them to walk close to the animals, and thereby enhance their wildlife encounter.

Rates include: All meals, teas & coffees, Game drives, bush walks, sleep-out excursions, bush bath, soft drinks, house wines, local beers and spirits and laundry.
